    nooooooo i can hit 82 with ruby bolts (e) but ive only hit 70+ 3 times with them all on different bosses...but i suppose the gear that was used to hit a 70 was good anyways i was a bit harsh with my comment =p...but i do think the clip was used too much seeing that you hit a 65 as a k0 in one of the clips in rune and a neitz
